Marketplace operating workflow example

This is an illustrative Stock2Cart workflow, not a report of a completed customer deployment. It describes the operating questions behind a multi-vendor marketplace launch.

Follow a vendor from onboarding to product publication, then trace a customer order through vendor handling and delivery updates. Review the payment and logistics connections required for that flow. Include an incorrect listing or cancelled order to test ownership of exceptions.

Use the exercise to agree responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Launch results, transaction volumes and commercial improvements would require evidence from an actual project and are not asserted here.
